“We,” “us” or “our” refers to KuzaDuka.com. “You” or “your” refers to any user visiting or placing an order on our website. “Products” means any goods offered for sale on the Site.

By accessing or using KuzaDuka.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in Kenya to use this Site or place orders.

If you register for an account, you agree to:

• Safeguard your username and password;
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Pricing: Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payment: We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods listed at checkout. Payment must clear before shipment.
• Fraud Prevention: We may verify your identity and billing information, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Shipping: We ship to addresses within Kenya. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary.
• Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it is processed.
• Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Refunds (minus any shipping fees) are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Exceptions: Personalized, perishable, or intimate goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any documents they expressly incorporate (like our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and KuzaDuka.com regarding its subject matter.
